General Science's "Celimo Classroom" autumn training enhances sales team skills through theoretical and practical sessions, reinforcing market competitiveness.

Recently, the "Celimo Classroom Elite Voyage Training Autumn Class" of General Science was successfully held at its Wuxi base. This training is another important measure following the launch of the "Voyage Action" elite training program in May this year. It aims to enhance the professional skills of the sales team and consolidate the competitive advantages in the market. Previously, the "Voyage Action" had been successfully carried out in Wuxi, Henan, Hebei and other places and received widespread acclaim.

This autumn training adopted a mode that combined theory with practice. The General Science team taught the trainees core contents such as brand culture, product knowledge and sales skills. Meanwhile, combined with practical cases like market analysis and store operation, they explained these contents in a simple and easy-to-understand way to help the trainees build a systematic knowledge system.

The training also set up a brainstorming session. The trainees were divided into groups to discuss random topics, conduct in-depth analysis and then make reports. Through mutual comments among groups and the extraction of experience, they transformed theoretical knowledge into practical tools.

In addition, the trainees also visited the production lines of the No.1 All-steel Factory and the No.2 Semi-steel Factory of General Science. They got a close look at the production processes, manufacturing techniques and quality control processes, deepened their understanding and knowledge of the products, and drew practical experience and inspiration from them.
